The hotel rooms were great , comfortable and clean, and the bathrooms were lovely. We appreciated the quietness of the location, away from the downtown area but still easy to reach by following the correct signs. the staff was friendly and helpful when we had questions about local attractions.
We had a disappointing experience in the restaurant. the limited menu made it difficult to find something we wanted, and one of our group had to settle for a questionable vegetable soup.

Great stay, excellent rooms and friendly staff!
We had a beautiful weekend getaway in a lovely hotel not far from the city center. The rooms were absolutely amazing, very clean and comfortable with all the amenities one could ask for. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, always willing to lend a hand. The location was awesome, not too far from the city but still away from the noise and bustle. We really enjoyed waking up to the sound of birds chirping and the fresh air.
The restaurant did not have a great selection and the food quality was average. We had some trouble finding the hotel as the signs were not clearly marked, but it was worth it once we arrived.

This hotel is in a great location, right in the centre of Santillana. It's easy to find and close to all the downtown attractions. the rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet, with lovely bathrooms. the service is top-notch, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. the breakfast is delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from. Plus, the hotel offers fantastic views of the surrounding area.
The restaurant could use some improvement.
